oK, FORMER Mississippi gal here and I lurke daily to check on my weight loss sisters and brothers and yall are being too dang quiet.  How is everyone doing?  Its hotter than a 2 dollar pistol here in FLORIDA..miss my Ms. autums.  I am recovering from tt surgery that was done on the 16th..got an ugly smiley face staring at me from a swollen tummy,,gimme a month or 2 to repost...but other than that wanted to say hi.

i'm LOVING the weather here today.  Rainy, cloudy and COOL.  I think it only got up to 60 today, if that.  it was so great to wear a jacket. i wonder if it'll last....hopefully no more hot days here for a while.  i definitely prefer the cold. glad you're doing well.  i had a tt this summer...it took longer to get over than i figured it would.  but i love to exercise now wihtout the floppy skin bothering me.  easier to get motivated, i think.
