Had surgery on the 4th

Hi, Well I had my surgery on tues the 4th of this month. Did really well no pain just a small amount of soreness. I got to come home on the 5th. I appreciate all the information that everyone has given to me.Now hopefully I will be getting rid of my diabetes and high blood pressure.  Where do I find the meter or scale that everyone uses for their weight loss? The one that shows up under their messages. Thanks Again, Sheila

Glad to hear you are doing well - Are you able to be up and walking ?  That was the only thing that made me feel better - well, once I got up and going that is, LOL - and sipping water - get tha****er in no matter what - Just let us know how you are doing and if we can help.  (it's called a ticker, and I think you can get it off of somewhere like "Fitday", but not sure how or if that is where - not a lot of help there).... Yes I am getting around and walking , I have been walking since 31/2 hours after surgery. I am trying very seriously to get in all the water that I am suppose to get in.  I think I am doing very well no pain. The only problem that I have is having to get up during the nite to use the bathroom, I suppose it is from all the liquids that i take in during the day. That part I don't like is getting up during the nite.
