It's been too long!!

Hello Everyone! It has been a longgggggggg and hot summer ... I have hardly had time to sit still and communicate via the message board but have managed to stay in tune by reading my daily notes via my email addy. My family and I have had a recent tragedy in the family ... we lost the baby brother of the 11 of us ... he died July 30th after a brief in-hospital battle with major complications of pancreatitis.  He was 39 years old.  This of course has left a serious void... I ask for your prayers as we travel through the grieving process. My mom is 73 years old ... this is definitely affecting her. **************************************************************************************************** As far as my bypass posting... I now weigh approximately 219 lbs...down from 359 lbs.  I don't always get things (in order) but I try to keep ever mindful that it is a way of life. I will certainly pray for your family, especially your mother, there has got to be nothing worse than losing a child, no matter how old - and 39 is way to young.  We lost a family friend to pancreatitis, and my husband had it and was in the hospital also (about 4 years ago), it is just scary. Great success with the weight though -  140 pounds !!! that's just incredible!! God grant you peace at this time. DeAnna
