OMG! Just realized something....

Today is my 1 year surgiversary!!! It was one year ago today that I made that life changing decision to have gastric bypass surgery. So much has happened over this past year... more so than I would ever thought imaginable. Surgery and then getting married and gaining 3 wonderful step-kids in the process. WOW! Just realizing this is the day has got me all emotional. I never thought in a million years I'd be at this point in my life minus 184 lbs!!! Anyway, I just had to share.... Karine

so if you took one of those "life change" stress tests, you'd fall into the 'high stress' category. :)  like so many of us.  Lots of big big things happening in a short time.  AT least when it settles down, you'll feel like enjoying your new family and new life with your new body.  hehe. happy surgiversary!
