Got my date changed AGAIN!

Right now my date is September 10th at 5:30 am. I say right now because my mom is going to have surgery on Aug 21 to remove a tumor on her kidney. Hopefully she will recover quickly and be able to take care of me while I have surgery.<br /><br />

You know if I was having any doubts, I am not now. I went on a trip this past week and I have just looked at pictures of me FROM BEHIND!! DANG!! I am grossly over weight! Sheesh. Lap band land here I come!<br />

So my mom went to the VA yesturday and they changed her date to Sept 6 due to a rash of bladder cancers that they feel they absolutely need to do before my mom.

So anyway, since I was at CMMC (having done my EGD) I spoke with Tina and changed my date to get it done earlier. August 20th. That means it is two weeks away. So now I am nervous. sheesh! It also means that I need to start the pre-surgery diet NOW. double-sheesh.

Hi Amanda -  I was actually just thinking about you!  Congrats on your surgery date.  That was suppose to be my surgery date as of last week and then Monday I had an email from them stating they had to change it to September 17.  We'll be right there at the same time!  Hope your mom does really good with her surgery.  I will be anxiously awaiting to hear from you after your surgery!  Talk to you soon! I don't know if anyone really cares or such but my surgery has been changed again. Actually a lot has changed. Its funny how God changes things. Anyway I am looking forward to maybe October.
