Exercise, Water, Vitamins, Diet, Accountability
Anyone want to help each other be more accountable! I want to start checking in with y'all each day. That way I have to post on-line if I behaved!!!
Goal for me:
Exercise: Walk one mile, today
Water: At least 64 oz.
Vitamins: Two daily vitamins and two calcium tablets. (I took them this mornining.)
Eat healthy all day!

:) Sonya, you're so good. this is why I missed your posts....how're you feeling, btw? Everything getting back to normal?
goals for me today:
exercise: elliptical 1 mile and treadmill 1 mile (i've done this three times this week...trying to keep going)
water: ugh. okay, i'll work up to 6 glasses today. i'm guilty of being a diet coke addict, no****er.
vitamins: i do gummy vites. two this morning.
food: i am splurging on some mexican food at some point today. haha. but other than that, i'll stick to some carrot sticks i have soaking in the fridge!

Hey Mary,
I had Children's Summer Camp at church. We had a little over 80 children that went up and down waterslides starting at 9:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. I did alot of walking and sweating today. I drank alot but not quite 64 oz. I did eat O.K. and I did take my vitamins.
I am going to try to do even bettter tomorrow.
Sounds like you are doing SUPER GREAT! A mile on the eliptical and a mile on the treadmill...you are my new hero!!!

Just remeber DONT take your vitamins and calcium at the same time. They bond together and you dont absorb either one. Space them a few hours apart. I havent done excerise yet unless laundry and vaccuming counts! I take a multiple vitamin in the am and pm and calcium 3 times a day.

I am going to go ahead and start cutting back now so that later it is not such a blow.
My goal this week:
Drink one slim fast for b-fast ( I have to start the pre op Aug 27th)
Take lunch
Eat good for dinner ( except for Wed cause it is my B-day)
I want to exercise three times this week.
