Jackson MS

Has anyone used any of the surgeons from Jackson MS? If so who did you use? Any complications? I live about 3 hours from Jackson but considering going to one there and see what they say. Thanks Sonya Mantachie MS

Dr. Erin Cummins with the Bariatric Center at Central Mississippi Medical Center - RNY - no complications or problems.  I highly recommend either her or Dr. Cleveland at the same place.  They have seminars every so often that you might want to attend.   Marcia

601-376-2474  Comprehensive Weight Management Center at CMMC.  Seminars are held weekly.  Call them.  I used Dr. Cleveland.  Cleveland and *******s are both excellent.  Give 'em a call! Keep us posted!

I traveled and is still traveling to Jackson from the coast (3 plus hours) for follow up visits with Dr. Cleveland.  So i'm joining in the choir singing CMMC CMMC ahhhh la la la.  Good Luck!

Sonya, I had my surgery at CMMC Bariatric Clinic with Dr. Kenneth Cleveland.  I can tell you from my personal experience, this man saved my life.  I absolutely adore Dr. Cleveland and if I had to do this all over again I would certainly go back to him!  Adam Dungey is the coordiantor at CMMC and he is a precious angel as well, always willing to help patients anyway he can.  I did see Dr. Cummins during one of my visits and she was very friendly and professional as well!  I have always felt at ease with everyone I have delt with at the CMMC Bariatric Clinic.  This is just a great group of people, and after we got the kinks worked out with the billing and such, it has been a great experience for me. I wish you the best of luck on your journey!

I'm from the Jackson Area but I used Dr. Hargroder in Baton Rouge. I was cash pay and his prices was so much better, plus they do not do the VSG in Jackson. I have several friends that have used CMMC and they are happy and progressing well.
