Hey veryone how are yall? I am doing so good this morning. For breakfast I just had a 1/2 wheat bagle and some cream cheese. I am so glad that I have got off the wagon of snacking again. I swear guys I didnt know what i was gonna do if i didnt break that habit. About to go to walmart and get me some protein powder and try it in my coffee, joyce told me thats how she gets hers in. I havent been able to stomach it since i had the surgery, but im goona try this way.  I am sooooooo excited yall I got the job at Rush Medical and im starting to get nerovs. I know its gonna be fine but im really nervous. I will not be going to USM in the fall, once i got there on saturday they told me they couldnt offer me anything online. Its alright though bc i told chris i guess God has other intentions for me.  Well we spent all day monday cleaning th kids rooms and boy when i say all day i mean ALL day..lol We statted at like 215 that afternoon and when we lookeda t the clock it as 1025 pm. Its alright though bc it feels really good to knwo they ahve their own rooms back, and it looks good.  I was wondering does anyone have a great receipe for squash cassorole. I have squash coming out the yazoo since we planted it and im not really sure how use to cook it besides sautee it with a red gravy. Hope someon can help me talk to yall soon.. Hugs Missie

squash dressing 3 cups corn bread (already cooked corn bread) 3 cups sliced cooked (boiled about 10 minutes) squash 1 diced and sauted (sp) onion. 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 egg 1/2 cup melted margarine little salt and pepper Mix all ingredients loosely and place in buttered casserole pan and cook at 375 until done (ha, not sure how long this is - 30-40-60 minutes)....
