PHCS/MS LA INSURANCE

Am hoping to have lap band surgery at CMMC.  The hospital is not covered by my PPO.  Anyone having any info on PHCS ....how long it takes for approval....all the good stuff...lol....I would greatly appreciate your help.

I dont have any good news about PHCS... we had them for years (up until Jan 2007) they would approve and then deny withing 5 minutes of talking to me... big fight and I gave up. BUT they were just the caretaker of my husbands self insured plan, and all plans are different. I hope you are approved and everything quickly. GOOD LUCK

Thanks Susan.  I am hoping that since my husband works offshore our plan will at least pay some.  If not, I'll probably give up too.
