You can do it girl. Consistancy is the key to exercise becoming enjoyable. I always thought I hated to exercise but I had just never done it faithfully enough for long enough for my body to really get used to it. I would start and stop and my body would be sore and exhausted everytime. But now that I have been doing it for so long now I need it to feel good. I feel bad when I don't get it in.
