Yes, I did move to stay healthy today.   10:30 am  45 minutes of toning, abs, and weights 8:00 pm  2 miles fast walk by Leslie Sansone                   10 minute Denise Austin Dance tape So, what did you do to get some movement in your life today?

I went for a bike ride with Olivia in the child carrier.  ;-)  Rode about 2 miles.

I'm getting to the move to groove.  heh.  I'm walking these days.  I want to become an addict like you and dawn.  :)  I think it's awesome--and i've always *wanted* to be atheletic...so hopefully i can be. mary

You can do it girl.  Consistancy is the key to exercise becoming enjoyable.  I always thought I hated to exercise but I had just never done it faithfully enough for long enough for my body to really get used to it.  I would start and stop and my body would be sore and exhausted everytime.  But now that I have been doing it for so long now I need it to feel good.  I feel bad when I don't get it in.   Melissa
