Hello everyone. I am 6 weeks post-op and am scheduled for my first fill next week. I'm a little scared. I can eat now almost like I haven't had surgery. I have also stopped losing, but have not gained any. Did anyone else do that? I guess I just don't know what to expect. Should I see a huge difference with my first fill? I'm just ready to start losing again! Thanks for your input. Stephanie

Hey Stephanie, I'm 5 weeks out and I haven't had my fill yet but what I did to kick start my weight loss again was to drink more water, watch the carbs, and I kicked up my exercise routine a knotch.  We in this together so i'm  curious to know what the answers will be.  Also I want to recommend that you post this to the lap band forum.  Best Wishes and Congrats on where you are today
Ain't no stopping me now!  I'm on the move!  I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, AMEN!

Hey Steph... I'm in the same exact boat...I have lost 17 pounds, and am at a standstill, and there's nothing I can't eat.  They say 2 ounces, it's more like 2 cups...LOL  I think the only thing that's been saving me is keeping a count of my nutrition intake with calorie king... Tina

I'm so glad to know that I'm not the only one. Sometimes I feel so guilty after I eat a meal. It's like how can you do that after the money you spent??? But I'm hoping to get my fill this week and lose some more.  Stephanie
