WHAT DID Y'ALL EAT TODAY??

I DIDN'T EAT THE BEST TODAY.. WHICH IS WHY IM BEING BRUTALLY HONEST...KNOWING HOW BAD YOU EAT IS THE KEY TO MAKING IT BETTER RIGHT? BREAKFAST: DIET COKE  AND BAG OF CHIPS (BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS! NOT!) LUNCH : 1/2 MC DONALD'S GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWITCH, DIET COKE AND 8 OR 10 FRIES SNACK: DIET COKE AND PEANUT BUTTER AND PRETZELS SUPPER:  1 CUP SMOKED SAUSAGE JAMBALYA, DIET COKE SNACK: 2 OR 3 COOKIES AND DIET COKE.. AND I WONDER WHY THE SCALE WON'T MOVE!!

...and I thought  *I* was the diet coke addict!  :)  do you drink any water with that?  that in itself may help.. breakfast:  hmmm...one biscuit from my MIL's house and a diet coke snack:  granola bar and diet coke lunch:  healthy choice pizza and diet coke snack:  soft taco supreme from taco bell  (an hour later this made me sooo sick...blech. yuck) don't know for dinner yet.  not feeling so hot from the taco.  i did go by walmart and get some protein shakes, so hopefully one of those to get some actual protein in. thanks for posting this today--i'm almost to goal and i want to keep where i am!  now that i'm off work, it's easier to snack and harder to keep up with what i'm really doing. mary

YES IM A MAJOR DIET COKE ADDICT...AGAIN BEING BRUTALLY HONEST... NO I DON'T DRINK ANY WATER...I KNOW THAT 'S A HUGE NO NO  I HAVE FOUND THIS WATER AT WALMART THAT IS REALLY GOOD. IT'S LIKE FRUIT FLAVORED WATER...IT MAKES IT EASIER TO DRINKS LOTS OF IT AND IT DOESNT HAVE ANY SUGARS JUST FLAVOR... I KNOW I HAVE GOT TO START DOING BETTER.. BUT ADMITTING THEIR IS A PROBLEM IS THE FIRST STEP TO MAKING IT BETTER RIGHT??

oh definitely. haha.  and please don't think i was harrassing you--as you see, i always have a diet coke in hand.  i usually add in about 3 big glasses of water throughout the day....it isn't enough, but it's better than none, i guess. i hate water, too.  it's too flat.  haha.  even flavored waters, i don't care for them.  i like the bubbly carbonation.  probably worst addiction one could have.  health-wise. glad to see you posting again.  maybe others will pick up too. mary

OK  HERE GOES GONNA TRY THIS THING AGAIN AND SEE HOW IT WORKS OUT FOR ME b~ 2 BOTTLES OF WATER BEFORE THE GYM 1 HOUR SPIN CLASS l~ LEAN CUISINE  CHESSE PASTA  AND VEGGIES s~ DIET COKE d~ 1 CUP OF SAUTÉED ZUCCHINI IN OLIVE OIL WITH PARMESAN CHEESE COUPLE MORE BOTTLES OF WATER THREW OUT THE DAY!!! NOT TOO BAD JUST DIDN'T EAT ENOUGH AS USUAL!!!  DAWN~~

Zucchini that sounds delicious can you give me the receipe on how you made that dish.  I'm not a cook by any means so any suggestions are welcomed.  Here is my menu.... keep in mind i'm only on mushies so nothing exciting.   1. Breakfast -- 2 eggs scrambled, 1 slice of Honey Roasted Deli Turkey 2. Snack --  2 sugar free Jello Vanilla Puddings 3. Dinner 1/2 cup pork and beans pureered, with a slither of pork chops. Hopefully I will eat better when I get paid right now food and money is slim.  I'm taking donations for the po' folks fund lol. 
Ain't no stopping me now!  I'm on the move!  I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, AMEN!

B  Kashi waffles with sugar free syryp S  low sugar oatmeal L  turkey sand with lite cheese on lite wheat with fat free pringles S  apple with 1 tbs peanut butter D  Bocoa burger on a lite wheat bun with lite cheese S  Reduced fat/sugar ice cream Exercise:  25 minutes of weight lifting                    2 miles on treadmill

Hi; well i didn't eat breakfast because I am working all night and when I get home I go to bed.  when I get up at 2 pm due to going to second job I ate a banana to keep the leg cramps down and water water water.  a pack of nabs and a salad from hardee's that southwest chicken.  it is great..  Then some chips and water at work at night with an energy drink to stay up the rest of the night.  I have been battling with the same problem.  that i am fixed and I can eat what ever.   I have not gained any weight but I have been at 240 for 6 months.  I can tell that I have lost inches but i want to see that scale move.  It is good to post again.  I have realized that I really need to be accountable for my actions.  What better place.
