I DIDN'T EAT THE BEST TODAY.. WHICH IS WHY IM BEING BRUTALLY HONEST...KNOWING HOW BAD YOU EAT IS THE KEY TO MAKING IT BETTER RIGHT? BREAKFAST: DIET COKE AND BAG OF CHIPS (BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS! NOT!) LUNCH : 1/2 MC DONALD'S GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWITCH, DIET COKE AND 8 OR 10 FRIES SNACK: DIET COKE AND PEANUT BUTTER AND PRETZELS SUPPER: 1 CUP SMOKED SAUSAGE JAMBALYA, DIET COKE SNACK: 2 OR 3 COOKIES AND DIET COKE.. AND I WONDER WHY THE SCALE WON'T MOVE!!
YES IM A MAJOR DIET COKE ADDICT...AGAIN BEING BRUTALLY HONEST... NO I DON'T DRINK ANY WATER...I KNOW THAT 'S A HUGE NO NO I HAVE FOUND THIS WATER AT WALMART THAT IS REALLY GOOD. IT'S LIKE FRUIT FLAVORED WATER...IT MAKES IT EASIER TO DRINKS LOTS OF IT AND IT DOESNT HAVE ANY SUGARS JUST FLAVOR... I KNOW I HAVE GOT TO START DOING BETTER.. BUT ADMITTING THEIR IS A PROBLEM IS THE FIRST STEP TO MAKING IT BETTER RIGHT??
