hello all
Hey, girl. Glad to see ya back. I don't post very much anymore because everyone from our group is gone. I left myself for a while but found I get off track when I do that. So I hang out on the grads board and post here occasionally when I recognize someone. You need to get back to the protein, whole grains, fruits and veggies, and stay away from the simple carbs. You are already back exercising so the weight should come right back off. What I discovered has worked for me has been working on the way I think. I discovered a book online that is about 50 pages or so and you can print it out online. It is thinking yourself thin. A therapist friend of mine told me about it and said that it is extreme but the idea is a good one. I have read it twice and am trying to apply it to my life in order to change the way I think. Because I know for me when I would get off track a little I would degrade myself and get depressed and climb into my little hole and shut down. This little book has helped me not to do that anymore. It is really helping me. It is called How to Think Yourself Thin by Debbie Johnson. Like I said, it seems crazy and extreme but I just use some ideas from it that are helpful in getting me to be more positive and stuff. Good luck. You can do it. I been missing my exercise pal on here. You are the only other person who exercises as much as I do. LOL. Melissa
