My One Month Anniversary!

Hey Mississippi Family, I am so excited to post that today is my One Month Anniversary! YEA!!!! I never thought in my wildest dreams i'd be posting about that.  Well towards my progress my tummy swelling is down, my energy level is up and even my incission pains are almost non-existant.  I was actually able to do a little jogging today so i'm pleased with that.  I am back to where I use to be when I was a little younger.  I hope to pass this exit and keep on going.  Thank yall so much for holding my hand all of these years and i'll keep you posted. 

Congrats - really glad to see that your energy is up high enough to do a little jogging - Just listen to your body and do what it says you can do !  D
