surgery in Brazil

Has anyone had surgery inBrazil, since I am paying ca**** is my only option.  just looking for any thoughts good or bad about your experiences.  thanks 

I think it sounds like a wonderful idea, especially since you have a friend who has already had it done and had a good experience; that's got to be the key, finding a surgeon who already has a good reputation and a good local doctor for follow-up care.   Mexico is looking better and better to me for a tummy tuck, etc....
