Curves

Is anybody on here a member of Curves? Do ya'll think it is a good program? How much is their monthly fee?

I go to Curves (when I am able to) and I love it! They operate on a circuit where you move from machine to machine on a time interval. The circuit moves you from station to station and is directed by music and taped instruction. It costs me $29 per month and it is well worth it to me! Best of luck, Marci

I love my Curves. I stop in the way home from work and get my work out in and have so much energy. It's a circuit that take 30 minutes and they suggest at least 3 days a week. I try for at least 4 times. I also pay $29 a month and its the best $$$$ I spend in a month. Cheryl

How soon post op before I can work the program at Curves?

So with Curves do you have to sign a contract? Also do they have anything beside the circuit training? This is something I've really thougth of starting since I'm on my journey and hoping to have surgery in the next couple of months.
