It differs for everyone!!!! I was 297, and 5'5". I lost about 30 pounds the first month...

I think I lost close to 30 the first month also. So I'd say 20-30 would be a good estimate. BUT... remember that everyone is different. Some lose more, some lose less. As long as you are losing! HUGS K
