Funny, I'm getting your messages, but they are not showing up on the message board. So it appears I am talking to myself!
Anyway, typically your body will stop when it's good and ready! Eventually you will be eating enough calories to sustain your weight. There was a period there where people told me I looked a little too thin. I was about 123-125. I added some high calorie snacks, such as nuts and cheese. I'm now up to 130 - 133 and feel great, although I am a bit number obsessed and would really like to hold steady at just under 130. Crazy I know. It's such a phsycological game we play with ourselves. One pound added on the scale sends me into a panick. I'm terrified of becoming a 300 pound woman again. (I've come very close to that number before) So anyway, it's a healthy obsession.
I'll also add an interesting tidbit... I GREW! I started at just over 5'4" and now I'm about 5'6"! Cool huh?
