Recommend/know any personal trainers in gulfcoast area?

I will be going for surgery within a month, am going for labs, psych eval, PCP Eval tommorow and next week. I am new to the coast (8 months), and will be interested in going to a trainer after surgery. Thanks for any comments.

I know World Gym in Ocean Springs has personal trainers, so I would think the one in Biloxi would have them also. Not sure about gyms in Gulfport. I'm one of Dr Avara's patients also. I was at support group tonight. When is your surgery?

Hey Pam, I remember you from my consultation in January...you are really looking fabulous. I went for labs/xrays today, Psych eval/tests scheduled for Monday, and PCP Eval for Tuesday, and then I'll have a date...I'm aiming for anytime after May 17th...Good to talk to you...Maybe I'll see you at the next support group meeting, wow, that time slipped up on me quick. Before I could even get to the calendar to see if it was this Thursday, it has come and gone already. Tina

I don't know any trainers in gulfport, but you might want to take a look at Curves. The one in gulfport is on 3rivers rd behind Walmart. The sister of one of the girls that works there has had wls and so have I, I'm in there atlleast 3 days a week after work and sweat like crazy, but I know have muscles that I can see and feel after only 2 months.
