Hi all, well, it's been 1 yr. Ago yesterday I had WLS. I have to admit I am not pleased with myself, I only lost 73-75 lbs and I was hoping to lose at least 80-85. I do weigh around 167-169 on some days. I can only blame myself. It seems I cannot for the life of me get below 160. I know I should drink more water, but I hate water in the winter months! Soon I will drink more, but right now I am pretty ticked at myself, I know I can do better, I just haven't. I almost have myself addicted to carbs again and I can't let that happen, so ya'll please pray for me. How you doing twiddle dum? You've been mia for awhile huh?

Brenda, that's still a wonderful WL number! Don't beat yourself up, just vow to do it a little differently to get the rest off. It's still do-able! I pray for you the strength to beat those carbs and continue with your much healthier lifestyle! We've got your back, come here and gripe anytime! HUGS Kimberly

I think 75 pounds is nothing to beat yourself up about.....But, I know what you mean about trying to stay on track. I did find this new website, well, it's not new been around for a while, just new to me (ha)....It is an excellent place to start tracking yourself (healthy eating and such), and lots of info on exercising and motivational articles...just lots and lots of info. Also a free site with LOTS of members ....It is - sparkpeople.com It has really been helping me be accountable for what I eat (and drink). Just thought this might be something you could look into..
