Hello Everyone I need your help! I'm going the finance route for WLS and its through Capital One Health Finance.. what I didnt know was that you had to find a capital one friendly doc. Do any of you know whether it be instate or not that accepts this. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if this will help you any, but CMMC recommends Capital One... so I would assume the doctors there would be Capital One friendly. Its worth a shot though. Karine

Thank You So Much! I emailed them recently and the guy (can't remember his name is checking into this.) I hope they do for I can finally get the WLS train started!

No problem girl! You probably talked to Adam Dungey. He is the RN Coordinator of the WLS center at CMMC. Super nice guy and should be able to help you out!! Keep me posted on how it goes. Karine

Hi, Let me give you a quick update! THey do accept it but the only clause is they will accept it only if I have my surgery this month! So this is a serious "rush" on things and im not sure if my job will allow me to have the time off since i've been there only 5-6 months i've gained a weeks vacation time but don't know if it will be enough time to heal after lapband surgery. EEEK plus i need a PCP here on the coast line to get the pre-op lab work done. I asked them for a referral to one and they said they only know docs in Jackson which is 3 hours away. So the search is on! Do any of you have any referrals on the coast line.
