1 year Mark

Alright girls here yall go..I have officially lost 85 lbs...I will be one year out on the 29th...My dr said i am a TRUE SUCCESS and he was very proud of me. Rea Rea I have apic that I am going to post one day this week of before and what tey took yesterday. Well I just wanted to share the news with yall. We made a day out of Birmingham yesterday we spent the day at the Galleria and had dinner and took the kids to the build a bear workshop and it was a geat day. Well about to head to work, hope to talk to yall soon. It was great seeing yall at the meeting on monday. Hugs Missie

way to go girl! wished i had come to the meeting, but just too tired. i will have a anniversary next month, but i've only lost around 73-74 lbs, but i ain't quitting! congrats girl! Brenda

Hey Steph, Thanks for the post..lol sorry it took so long to reply, I dont get on here much. You have DONE GREAT Girl you llook AMAZING. Dont worry about what the dr said..our doing great...As long as your happy with yourself, that is all that matters. Everyone is differnt and how many times have we said that girl..lol well about to hit the shower and then to bed.have work in the morning talk to you soon.. Missie
