I dont' know where everybody is. But I sure do miss how active this board used to be. We need to think of a way to liven things back up around here. Have a good day! I am just trying to stay dry today. It is so wet and nasty here. Melissa

I agree it has slowed down over the last few years. I think it is possibly due to the fact that many Post Op patients are so fired up after their weight lose that they are "busy" with other things. I know from experience....that happened to me. I became a road warrior. I was so busy I would sometimes forget that I had to sleep! I am back now since I am having a revision w/Dr. Cleveland on March 12th. I will be active for some time!!

I have definitely noticed that it is hard for postops to stay around much after a year - life just gets busy busy busy....Dawn does have a myspace account, and is busy with gym life and "4" children.... D

I guess I am one of those post ops that will be on here forever. I have left the boards before just being busy with life and all. And, well, I definitely noticed a difference in my post op life. I found I started to subconsciously slip into old habits and my old ways. Staying active on the boards keeps me focused and grounded somehow. I am everywhere on here - Grads board, MS board, main board. Ijust float around and help where I can and get help where I can from others. I envy those who have the surgery and it fixes everything for them so they don't need support groups or online support. I am not so lucky. And I sure am glad you are still around too. You are a very supportive member here, and I would miss you if you disappeared. Melissa

Ditto - I always love to see you on here, you are so understanding and very supportive, cause I know you've been there too, and I certainly appreciate you. You will probably see me on here "forever" - I really do need the support too, even though I am almost 4 years out..... DeAnna
