Anyone with United Healthcare provider????

A friend of mine has united healthcare; she has several medical conditions and is obese. She has been denied twice; I would appreciate any and all advise from those of you who have had bypass surgery and united healthcare was your provider. Thanks!! s keep you safe, Wanda Mack

I have uhc choice plus and my surgery has been approved. It took about two weeks. They were really fast. My medical doctor wrote a letter with my bmi and medical conditions. Also my surgeon wrote a letter and sent in all my dietician report etc. Don't give up keep trying.
