My best friend told me I look old!
I am 41 and always looked very young with my round full face. I have lost 96#'s in 6 1/2 months and I do see I am looking older. But she said I look 10-15 years older.
I was one never to wear make-up unless I was going somewhere. But not everyday.
I got up this morning and was going to the store and any other time would have not put it on, But today I did. Now I am looking into microdermabrasion. Has anyone had this? And did it help?

My skin did the same thing at nine months. I started making sure I was getting enough water and switched to Olay Definity deep Penetrating Foaming Moisturizer. I also order the protein supplement Profect from Profect.com. I only take one or two a day depending on how many more protein grams I need a day.
Now at twenty months out, people are asking me what I kind of makeup and moisturizer I use.

P.S. I use all Loreal makeup.
Sometimes people change after you have surgery! A girl here I work with, and THOUGHT that she was a friend of mine, totally changed afterwards. She told me that I just was not the same person I was before surgery, and when I got smaller than she is, and she is small, then she got downright hostile and ugly! I guess some people feel secure with a fat and jolly friend with whom they can feel pretty around when they compare themselves with you. But when you change, they also change! True, after losing as much as you, I do have some wrinkles, but I use creams, and make up and it takes time for skin to catch up after a big weight loss! You are much younger than I am, just get those good creams out, I use Estee Lauder and Clinique, but also love Mary Kay. And remember, Mary Kaye Ashe had beautiful skin even in her 80's!!!!!! Your skin will bounce back. Just remember the vitamins and calcium, they are the key along with the B-12!!!!!!!
And if she isnt nice, just call us, we will give her a big ole whoopin!!!! LOL!!!!
