Pasta?

Um,,yes I have eaten the barilla pasta in spaghetti,,the whole grain pasta, and it was ok, but I was mindful of it because of the carb issue. But I do pasta before mashed taters anyday,,them things make me hungrier!!
I have never had trouble with pasta, but sometimes the fats in some of the sauces or sugars in them make me kinda feel yuckey..I can do 3 bits of anything tho....good luck, just take it slow!!
I want to try the shirataki noodles, but I'm kind of hesitant. I also love Dreamfields pasta, which has less carbs in it. I can't find it in Wal-Mart or Kroger anymore, but I found where you can buy it on www.netrition.com
