Hello my long lost family!!!

Hello everyone, I am writing to let everyone know that I am doing well. I haven't been on in several months now because the motherboard in my computer went out and fried the entire tower. So I haven't had any internet access except for for the little bit of time I could steal away during class..lol..well just wanted to say hi to everyone. My weight loss has stopped for a while but has started moving again very slowly but at least its moving again and in the right direction...i'm just having the hardest time breaking that 300 plane into the 200's that has been my curse for the last year. well I will check in with you all from time to time. love yall! I am so glad to hear from you! I know how difficult it can be to get to a puter when yours is on the blink. We go to the library at home when we are there cause they have broadband. It helps at least to be able to communicate! Sounds like you are doing ok with the weight loss, just pick up the exercise and the protein, it will come off. Can keep a diary of what you are eating too. I know that I eat a lot of bad stuff, just seems that it is near enough for me to get my hands on it. When I come home, I absolutely am not buying junk.
