Yes, I did over christmas and thanksgiving. I was so sick!! But since jan 1 I have lost 12 pounds. I stopped eating stuff I knew I wasn't supposed to be eating. Im trying to keep my calories within the 1200 range, and I've started walking again everyday. This seems to be working. It is so easy to gain it back, I started using the slim fast optima shakes for breakfast, they have a lot of protien in them and that seemed to jump start my weight loss. Try cutting out a lot of the carbs you eat. You need some, but not a lot. Technically were not supposed to eat anything with white flour or sugar , so try to eat whole wheat, and sf everything. So far this has worked for me, I hope it works for you too.
