how hard is it to get approved with blue cross blue sheild of ms??

The difficulty of approval with BCBS of MS is dependent upon exactly what type of policy you have with them. My advice, read ALL the fine print in your policy. Pay close attention to the exclusion clauses of your policy. Find any specific language pertaining to weight loss and if there is anything in that you don't understand, call customer service and get clarification. Document everything. Carry a pocket diary and keep notes, phone numbers, names, etc. It may seem like I'm overly cautious but I promise you in the long run it will help. The business office of your surgeon should be able to answer many of these questions. We here on the MS board will also help as much as we can. Meghan

I hate to tell you Kelley, but its almost next to impossible! I have BCBS of MS - AHS State Network and they won't even touch it. Sorry.... There are other options out there though, so don't give up. Karine
