Sonya, Just wanted to let you know--Girl you look wonderful. Are you still getting in all your protein and are you still using that from GNC. I discovered a good drink if you like coffee. Put your 8oz of skim milk and the scoop of vanilla unjury and stir and fill the rest with coffee until you have about 12 oz or so. It taste almost as good as a vanilla latte from Starbucks. I want to come. I am supposed to work at Wal-Mart. I might swap around and come for a while early. Or come at lunch on my break. I will come for a little while--somehow. I will try to come for a while since you are my neighbor!!!! But I don't know exactly where you live. In regard to the Sportsplex are you on the left of the highway near that tanning/toning place?
