anybody continue to lose after one year

my one year was dec 12. i have lost 103 pounds. i would love to lose at least 30 more is there still hope?

There is not really a magic number - it seems easier for even up to 18 months. It is just more efficient if you have made those lifestyle changes during the first year to 18 months. If you are drinking plenty, eating lots of protein first, and good veggies, and EXERCISE, the other 30 should follow. Congrats on the 103. I continued to lose during my second year, a little slower, but very nicely. I started walking about every day early in the morning and it really helped. DeAnna

YES!!!!! I hear some folks say after 18 months it gets harder, but is still doable....I am 23 months and haven't lost in a while, but then I haven't been trying or moving, but am not gaining either...so...am hoping to get busy on it after the holidays. You have done tremendously well. Don't despair. smoochies Arlies

yep i have just started looseing again and im 18 mos out! UP your exercise and protein and it will work! promise!!!
