Be careful with the profect and "vial" proteins. They are collegen wheich are incomplete proteins, and are the poorest quality. Of course, if it is all you get get down, some is better than none =) Hugs, Connie

I believe Vitalady has good protein powders and drinks. I believe you can get samples there too to try them out first. Melissa
