I don't have a lot of advice on the water - I Just remember during the first month or so I could drink a good bit too, just sipping a lot....But, once I added more foods (Dr. King had us on liquids and soft foods for a long while), I then had trouble getting in enough fluids - so it can fluctuate for you..It is probably good that you are getting in so much. Your body has enough reserve to make up for the foods for a while, but can get dehydrated faster. But, I don't know how much is too much....Good luck, sounds like you are doing good. DeAnna

I've never heard of getting too much water. I'm impressed!!! I think you are pretty safe still with that amount, assuming your bottles of water aren't gallon size. I'm a year and 4 months out and I still don't ever get hungry. I hope I never do! Anyway, if all else fails, call the doc's office and double check your numbers with them. HUGS Kimberly

You prolly can't get too much water....it just seems like way too much and you are running to tickle (good exercise!) constantly! That said....if I drink too much NOW (almost 2 years out), I cannot control my bowls.....Sorry folks.....But they get runny and come out with NO help or effort at the worst possible times....TMI!!! TMI!!! TMI!!!! smoochies Arlies
