And cutting out sugar, and most refined carbs (all the white stuff) - I HAVE LOST 5 (FIVE) POUNDS!!! I know that is not really a lot, but it seems the scales have only gone u*****t moved for sooo long now. I have also lost many inches - Been swimming laps 3-4 times a week, and taking karate class 2 times a week, and doing a lot of practicing karate (punches and kicks) at home. Our style of karate has us stand in a wide based stance with bent legs, kind of in a squat position for most of the class - very good for the legs and thighs (and buns I hope)... Thanks for all the GOOD support I get here ! You guys are so great! Love ya - DeAnna

You lucky thing you !! For 2 weeks my scales have been stuck ! Cherry and I have been walking a lot. This week we only walked on Monday due to the weather. I decided this morning that I was going to move that sliding marker to 207 instead of leaving it on 210 thinking maybe the scales think that is what I want to weigh . Congratulations on the weight loss I know you so wanted the scales to move and I could really tell you have lost inches. Cheryl

Thank you thank you thank you thank you - Kim said she could tell from behind that I had lost inches also....I'll take what I can get - I know it is going to be slower now than the "honeymoon period" is over - LOL - And don't you worry, if you are exercising and watching what you eat, the weight will come off. I had long stalls sometimes during the first year. I did not worry much, just started weighing about once a month, and most times there was movement, sometimes more than others - I think you are doing wonderfully - DeAnna

Perservearnace paid off in the end. Definitely an inspiration to me, even though I haven't had the surgery yet. Brandi :~)

Thank you so much! It is slow but steady - 6 pounds total yesterday. Today I could slip on pretty easily some pants I could only fight to get on last week - that was a good feeling. I swam yesterday morning, then had another TOUGH karate class last night - you should see my biceps from those push-ups and I guess from swimming....I am loving me some exercise these days....At least I know now the tiredness over the last close to a year I had was from the anemia, and now I have so much energy again. It is a great feeling. Where you going to find 10 pounds to lose? You look GREAT! DeAnna

I can find about 30 lbs i got left to lose, and there all in my gut! I think a lot of my tummy "bloat" i have left is from having twins and 3 c-sections ! But i KNOW that at least 10-15 lbs is just pure ole FAT! I want to get it off soon, i have been PROMISED a Tummy tuck before my move in June, gotta look good in a kini if I'm moving to Florida! haha Keep it up girl and those pants will be FALLING off you! DAWN~~
