If you missed the CMMC support group meeting Tuesday night you really missed a very good group meeting with Dr. Hawks. Lots of folks showed up and everybody had a lot to contribute. Hey, Deanna where were you ??? Cheryl

She just held a good meeting. She didn't have to very much to say but the group really offered support for each other. She even commented that last night was probably the best group meeting ever held at CMMC. Cheryl

What did they decide to do about December - Christmas party? or meeting on the 2nd, what is the schedule? Thanks, DeAnna

Dec 02 6:00 big waiting room casual (or if you just have to dress up you will still be welcome !!) bring a pot luck family welcome I am taking a crock pot full of like-Wendy's chili. Cheryl

Yup... kids are welcome and so are other family members. It will be casual. With a possible fashion show, if you like. Pre-op and post-op fashion show. Bring your pre-op clothes to wear and then change into post-op... so we can visually see the changes. I'm da head honcho on the Christmas party. The group will supply the meat and everyone bring a dish (casserole, veggies, or SF dessert). If you're coming, let me know what you plan to bring so I can put you on the list. K

Hey guys....sorry I got to coughing so bad that I had to leave. I was really enjoying the meeting and thought it was very productive. I just hated to disrupt everything by coughing and hacking, plus something embarrassing sometimes happens when I cough too hard and I woulda just died if that had happened. So no support group meeting in December? But a potluck on Saturday the 2nd? Hate to miss the party cause it sounds like lots of fun but we're working that night. Pam

You weren't the only one who left due to illness. I had to leave twice to so don't feel alone! Wish I could be around in December but I'll be at the MIL's seeing the other side of the family. Meghan

I was wondering what happened to you during the main meeting! One minute you were there and the next you were GONE! Sure was great to see all you gals again.... Everyone looks so great! DeAnna - what happened to you? The one time in months that I could make meeting and you were not there! (you hussie!) I wish I could be at the Christmas Party Dec. 2nd but we will be in Gulfport that weekend for our final Soccer Tournament! Hopefully everyone will be able to come to the luncheon at Fernado's on Saturday, Dec. 16th per our Queen's request! Love, Marci
