how did ya'll do yesterday?
sorry forgot to post last night, i was out shopping until late! ( size 8 btw!!! HAHA YHEA)
B~ REDBULL and 2 cups of coffee with cream
WEnt to spin class and worked out with trainer, do a 10minute sprint on the mill at 5.8mph!
S~ one small piece of cantaloupe and watermelon
L~ some thai beef ( just beef with fish sauce , soy sauce , red chilie peppers, cilantro, lime and garlic.......yep i smell good after eating that! lol)
D~3 chicken nuggets from chickfila and 2 waffle fries and large unsweet tea
Thats it Im very swollen from the thai beef my eyes will barely open this am! lol Too much sodium, well flush my system today with 3 gallons or so of water!

Congrats on the 8s !!! I have only lost 4 1/2 pounds, but at least it is something - ha - Now if I can just work on another 5!!
Ate too much stupid stuff, then did a little grazing on good stuff, but still grazing - Will do better today, especially since the scale actually moved a little! We got to get me back under 200!! I want to wear 8s too!! JK - I actually will be very pleased with 12s and 14s at my height 5'9"...
B - 3/4 donut (kid's), 2-3 pieces im.crab., 1 ck sausage,
S - 1/3 Atkins power bar, sf vanilla yogurt (with protein)
L - Large bowl of chili.
S - (kind of all afternoon) - rest of power bar, lf slice cheese, little crab meat
D - few bites corn, few bites green beans -
Gym - swam little over an hour, some of it slowly but working legs hard.
S - cup or so of crab meat (don't know where I put it!! - on yeah, on my behind!)

yep i got a myspace, its itsmedawn and andies got one too, andiescrazyworld or something like that if you get to mine then you can find her! I had deleted my account a few weeks ago, i just started a new one, this one ain't as Dolled up as my last one! I was getting too popular and had to get a handle on things! haha Just friend request me and i will add you , where you can see it, i have it set to private , for now!

My eating habits aren't the best... But hey at lease I am down to 212!!! Wooo hooo! 13 pounds away from my christmas goal of 199!! I eventually want to weight 150, but as slow as it is coming off, (1-2 pounds every three weeks or so) it looks like it will be a while.......
Breakfast -- diet coke and some peanut butter and crackers
lunch -kashi sweet and sour chicken
snack diet coke and hand full of chips
supper 1 slice veggie pizza xtra tomatoes .... Yum!
Snack 1 oreo cookie (I know im bad but it was sooo good!) glass o milk.
Don't follow my eating habits, I am not the best example to go by, I need yesterday was a rushed day so I just grabbed what I could. Normally I eat better than that.

Please do not apologize for having ONE cookie - It is good to write things down, so YOU can see where you are going - I'm just proud you can get on here and be honest about what you had!
I personally had to read all about refined carbs (white bread, white pasta, etc) before it hit home that I was not supposed to have it
BUT - I will be the first to say, if you never have a treat, you will fail - Just keep it to once a week or every 2 weeks. I would not have a large slice of pizza every day, but once in a while is heavenly (and I can eat 2-3-4 - LOL)....I saw a whole wheat version at the Walmart - going to have to try
Anyway, where was I going with this - LOL - just wanted to give you some encouragement on the eating - It sounds like you are doing GREAT - and congrats on the one-derland!!!
I hope I can get back there soon!!!

DeAnna, I agree with you. I just couldn't get pizza out of my head for two or three weeks. Bless my DH's heart he came home with a little lean cuisine pizza but I barked at him that's not what I want!!! I want a real pizza in a real restaurant with real cheese and real stuff on it!!! So the next night we went to Pizza Hut and ordered a med. thin crust (compromise here because I really love cheesy crust thicker the better) supreme. I was able to eat about a third of one slice with crust and then picked at the cheese and meat on the remainder of that slice and one more. It looked so good and smelled so good, but I just couldn't eat much. BUT, I got the craving out of my head! I just hope that on down the road I will be able to remember to consider things like pizza or cookies as a "once in a while" treat and not fall back into old habits.
I wish you had been able to come to the meeting last night. It was really helpful for us newbies to hear from those who are a year or more out.
