what ya'll eat today?
I havent posted this in a few days, so ya'll know i been cheating!haha
B~hummm nuttin
NO GYM TODAY, My 7 yr old was sick, so i had to be a decent mother and stay home with him!
L~ Asian grilled chicken salad from McDonald's, i ate about 1/2 of it , Oh yhea i think i swiped a few of the girls fries!
S~ wow i didn't have one today!
D~ Chicken (fried, yicks) I tenderloin's on a salad with honey mustard dressing
Might make me a protein shake before bed!
so how did ya'll do?
I did okay until the later evening and my kids were driving me nuts. Hubby out of town until Wed. And when he gets back I leave out on Thurs heading to Boston for three days. I am going to freeze.
B 1/2 low carb bowl from Hardee's
S kashi bar
L chef salad with ranch
S 1 string cheese
D 1/2 fish sandwich with a few fries
S 1/2 sf cookie, bite of some cake, a few chips
Kids were fighting so I did a little grazing this evening but on paper it doesn't look too bad. I did go to the Y today and do 40 minutes of cardio on my lunch hour.

Don't know if I can remember, cause I did not write it down like I should!!
B - protein drink
(took a long nap)
Mid morning - TV type dinner - chicken patty (breaded), serving rutabagas.
S - one small bag salted peanuts and a Volt zero drink
Karate class (tough class - 100 push ups, 10 fingertip pushups, 100 flutter kicks !!)
D - Atkins power bar, 3 Brussels sprouts.
Thought I had eaten more today, doesn't look bad on paper at all.
Thanks Dawn, will journal tomorrow (got a meeting tomorrow, so got to do better LOL)..
