heres what i ate today Nov 8th!

600~2 cups of coffee with cream 700~some cottage cheese EWWWWWW 800-1000 gym 1100~ protein shake vanilla with a tbs of pistachio sf pudding mixed in. 200~ crab salad 400~ handful of trail mix and a few cheese its (yhea i know, uggg dang carbs) 500~grilled sirloin burger with cheese melted on top and catsup! I had about 3 other cups of coffee threw out the day and a diet coke and water! how did ya'll do?

Too many carbs for me, got to get on doing better today! B - 3/4 Chicken biscuit (well, all the chicken, 3/4 bis) Burger King S - Pack ramen noodles - small jar canned cherry tomatoes (the whole jar) sf Power drink chi tea skim milk L - Breaded fish (one piece), broc/cheese, lima beans small serving, S - Few imitation crab pieces Atkins power bar D - Small Wendy's chili S - stayed up too late and looking for food, so ate about another cup of imitation crab meat. Plenty of water I think, hot tea, and vitamin. DeAnna

We had snacks at work, so it blew my diet right out the window. B-1 cup coffee with Splenda and plastic cream Bowl of Oatmeal Mid Morning 1 small oatmeal cookie 2 Tablespoons Hummus Dip, two thin slices of french Baguette 1 Big whopping spoonful of English TRifle with fresh fruit, low carb cool whip and cake 2 Tablespoons chex mix Lunch Lean Cuisine Chicken Fettucini Alfredo Diet Coke Late Afternoon low carb Frappicino coffee Large size Dinner Sauteed Fish 2 T. mixed Rice (Red, brown, Black and white) 2 T. Sauteen Broccoli 2 T. Peashoots (sauted) Papaya 2 chunks (fresh) later 3 wafer cookies (With sugar! Sigh!) Maybe I will do better tomorrow...........
