ok time to fess up!
What did ya'll eat and do for exercise today?
Heres how i done!
600~2 big cups of coffee with cream!
700~1 egg scrambled with cheese
800-830~ treadmill
830-930~Spin class
930-1030 ~workout with my pt on abds and the last 15 minutes i got on the elliptical machine and done the wicked witch( in squat position, butt and abds squeezed as tight as you can get them, and then move ya legs as fast as you can make the machine go , now thats FUN!).
1130~2 chicken breast tenderloins grilled on top a salad with a little ranch
330~ crab salad ( imitation crab legs shredded up, seedless cucumber sliced thin, tad of light mayo, dash of sesame seed oil, dash of rice wine vinegar, and a couple squeezes of hot chili sauce-asian style)
500~2cups of coffee with cream
700~ protein shake and few more bites of my crab salad!
I took my vits and drank my water!

Sounds like you done good !! I did have some sugar stuff last night, kinda gave myself permission (which I think is fine ONLY once in a while), had some carmel corn, and a few peanut-butter taffy - One of my friends who weighs the same as me is going to be dieting with me, and we are starting today - the first challenge is to get to 215.
B - 1c Uncle Sam cereal - skim milk
Large sf Chi Tea with skim milk
S - low fat sausage link
L - (gets a little ugly) - friend green tomatoes - my mother grew them and they were the last of them, and I LOVE THEM
Deer roast
S - Gladiator smoothie (Smoothie King)
D - Lean cuisine pizza.
S - carmel corn, few peanut butter taffy
I am just proud I am able to be completely honest about what I am eating now! I have been sugar free since 11/01, had a "treat" last night (even though it was not really that good), and will continue sugar free today 11/08....
Took vitamins and may not have drank enough, will watch that today.

By the way - I am so glad to see some new pictures of you! You look GREAT! You have a very healthy look to your skin - and the girls are still holding up good - LOL - my husband would be proud that them legs look healthy too!! (you know he is a leg man - that's why I'm working on mine)....Guess next year we will have to go buy us a tummy tuck - ha ha..

HAHA Thanks girl! Im very happy that i dont have that" Grey hollow looking" look that some people get when they go too far with the wt loss! Yep my girls are still riding high, even with the wt loss, i guess i have lots of chest presses to thank for that, or maybe its in my genes, i dunno!
Oh i will be getting me a Tummy tuck im shooting for Feb.-march , Dh says that would be a good time for him! He promised me , if i could be good he would get it done for me! time!! haha
