I have not been able to post a pic because I am a surfer not a teckie...wanted to say hello and now I have a face to the name!!!! I am still losing,,slowly but surely,,,hopefully will get to goal by summer....drinking that protein and movin to lose!!!Hi all and early happy Thanksgiving!!
