I need to start doing this again!!! I have gained about 8 lbs and i dont plan on adding to that! Im goin hard core , ya'll wanna join me? haha
B~ protein shake
didnt get to go to the gym had a couple of sick babies!
L~4 oz of grilled chicken on a green salad with a little ranch
S~ deli ham wrapped around a cheese stick and nuked until melted!
D~grilled pork chop , 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
S~might have me another shake or a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese before bed
I have taken my vits and drank a gallon of water!
Im DONE with CARBS until these 8 lbs are gone again! even if it means no pumpkin or pecan pie at Thanksgiving!

Good job !! I have cut out sugar! Don't know if I can name everything today, but will journal better tomorrow, did for a couple of days, but somehow let it get away today.

B - Uncle Sam cereal about 3/4 cup (Meghan said it was called "super colon blow" - LOL), with skim milk.
S - little imitation crab
L - two mini pizza melt (lf whole grain tortilla, little sauce, tuna, cheese), really only needed one, but had 2.
S - during the day had about 5 combos (those little round pretzels stuffed with fattenin stuff), slice of cheese, about 1 cup of deer roast (this was stuff I had all during the day, just a little grazing)
Karate class
D - Atkins power bar - about 1/2 cup imitation crab meat.
Hopefully that is it for the night -

Thanks - did not realize how sick I was (anemia****il I felt better....Just hope the scale starts moving soon. It's only been two weeks, so I know it will happen.
(did have a serving of mac and cheese later last night - just to be honest).....
And, the crab meat - took it out this morning to have some more and it was sour - goes bad so quickly....but I love it too.

Those carbs will sure snaek up on you! 10 am...A small palm of chili cheese chips (bad)...12....4 prarie smoked sausages/4 crackers/sf jelly beans...Dinner...About a cup of homemade soup/no crackers...Snack #1 a small bowl of ff pop corn....Later a piece of my low fat made with splenda peanutbutter pie. De...Licious! If ya'll haven't made one this is how I did it: 4 ozs. Ff cream cheese, 1/2 cup splenda, 1/2 cup ff milk, 1 cup peanut butter, 8 ozs. Sf cool whip...Blend together until smooth, pour into graham crust. I really like it...Hope ya'll do too!

2 pieces of rye bread (cottage loaf) with nuts and raisens toasted with butter splenda and cinnamon.
2 cups coffee with Splenda
1 cup tea (at work)
1 granola bar, low fat, low sugar
2 oz of baked basil chicken
1/2 of stuffed potato, (green onion, cheese) small size
1/4 c. sauted Choi Sum (green veg)
1 banana
1 cup of fresh vegtable soup
1 piece of garlic toast
Iced Tea with Splenda
10 grapes
bowl of cut up fruit, oranges and apples with Splenda. about 3 oz.
1 coffee flavored cookie
Looking back this looks ok, although I have been eating like a wolf at times, but just have to get the eating under control. NOT hungry, just feel terribly nervous at times, and I don't know why. Switched to a high potency vitamin with extra iron, calcium and stuff, hair is really growing now. Maybe its the pills?????????
I still get terrible tummy aches with sugar, so anything will have to be sugar free for me to enjoy it. Still having a bit of "bubbling tummy stuff".......
