need HELP!!!!!!!!!!

ok yall know im the exercise queen , but for some reason i have managed to gain about 10 lovely lbs in the past few weeks!!!!!! my pants are tight, i cant go back up a size i refuse! So what i need ya'll to do for me is SREAM, YELL, CUSS( if you must), I just need a kick in the pants here!!! YES im serious meanness is the only thing that helps me! MAKE ME MAD PLEASE!!!!! YHEA Im still exercising 3-4 hours 5 days a weeks so thats not an issue! im eating too much i guess, not terrible choices just too much! (except for a piece of pumpkin cheesecake yesterday!)

Dawn, I am so sorry to hear this. I know you are feeling it as hard as you work! I have a feeling this will even out for you and get better - are you maybe journaling your food? Oh yeah, you said yell - SO, WHAT ARE YOU EATING? DO YOU THINK YOU CAN EAT ALL THAT FOOD AND STILL BE SKINNY? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? GET WITH THE PROGRAM.... NO i havent been journaling my food , i will start that again, it always helps! I have also been drinking with my meals, and drinking diet sodas ALOT! I will start counting them calories again, and measuring my food! UGGGG I have to do it, i will not let this get out of control! heck i still got to make it to goal, before i can start going back up! haha Thanks for your support ,I knew you would kick me in the butt! dawn~~

Bad, Bad Dawnie!!!! Where did Pumpkin Cheesecake come from? You know the rule.... do not buy what you cannot have....... LOL!!! I guess you are trading Cheetos for something else? I have been going to Starbucks lately, their frappachino lites are so good and you can get Caramel Lite, almost as good as Pumpkin Cheesecake. I am craving fast food like crazy but cannot give in...... Go back to the Asian veggies, stir fried and meats. No rice, potato or pasta. You will drop the weight, and weigh every day. That way you will know when you cannot have snacks on "heavy" days when your scale shows excess pounds! I went up 3 pounds (too many snacks) so am back on the wagon watching my weight. Have another pound to go and one to spare, to make sure I can fit into all the new clothes I am having made at the tailor! If you are going to Thailand, you gotta be nice and thin for all those beautiful fashions they have!!!!! Love ya, Cheryl
