Finally
Well, I finally bit the big one and started EXERCISING this week full time!!!! Been building up to it for the last few weeks, a little here, a little there....But this week, I am swimming laps at 5:00 AM at the Y - anyone care to joint me? and working out two nights a week when my kid is at Karate...Adding crunches, and butt exercises at home, and practicing karate myself some at home (took for 3 years - years ago)....I already feel much better and looking forward to loosing this 50 (cuss fuss cuss @#%#*) pounds I have gained, but mainly I JUST FEEL SO GOOD......
Thanks for all the encouragement - now, would someone please come chase me around the block?

I am so proud of you! Now, if I would just get my butt motivated to exercise. It is nice and cool now, so I plan to start running soon. When, I dont know. I am going on a vacation for a week or so, leaving on Tuesday of next week. All by myself!! WOO HOO!! I am going to visit my aunt that lives in Cocoa Beach FL. I am so looking forward to it!

what nights are you going? I don't think I can make the 5am swim ( I have to be at work by 7am...and there's no way i could be showered, fixed and down lakeland drive by that time if i were exercising)
My plan is to get started ASAP. i hope to have my tuesdays off again so i can go then...i'd love to meet and be a workout buddy.

Hey - I am definately going Mon & Thur nights at 6:00 - that's the night my kid has karate. I am swimming this week at 5:00 to get a good jump start - I will be adjusting my schedule probably swimming Mon, Wed, & Fri. If you do get Tue or any other day off, let me know and I can rearrange and go with ya, then maybe once on the weekends? We can definately get together sometime...I'll e-mail you my number, call me when you think we could exercise together...

Well, I am definately proud of you too - It was some of your inspiration that rubbed off - I was thinking about the weight you were not getting off until you started exercising and how good you are doing now and the energy you have !! I feel sooooo much better now...Been up at 4:40 and swimming laps by 5:10, and doing them donkey kicks at home and crunches for 3 days straight - let's see if I can keep it up!!
