How are you feeling these days? I hope all is well. I may not make the meeting next week, I am supposed to go out of town. I am trying to decide what to do, whether I should cancel the meeting or just let you guys go and just chit chat if you want. I could not get a speaker either. I made your pound cake and it was really good! I didnt have the sugar replacement that you used but instead, I used regular Splenda and self-rising white wings flour. Believe it or not, the cake was really fine and fine textured. I think that I may have added a little too much flour tho, so I might cut it back by half a cup next time! I have a lot of sugar free recipes and always copy and print all those you all post for my cookbook! Enjoy your Christmas Parties!

Hi, I have been out of pocket. My mom at heart surgery and my parents friend passed away. We can to the bash on Dec.2,2006, but I still don't know If I can make the 25 meeting. Love Always Wanda
