Hey Meghan !! How are you doing this week?
I'm doing quite well, thanks! I had a rough go of it on Saturday. For some weird reason, I didn't think it was important to chew the chicken salad wrap I had for lunch from Arby's. Well, I got a walnut stuck in my stoma. I barfed for the better part of Saturday until late that night when I felt something pop then a sense of immediate relief. Needless to say, I won't be eating walnuts or not chewing my food any time soon! I learned!
I'm getting my protein in most every day. Cheese and fake crab are my best friends these days. I'm getting most of my water in as well.
