what did y'all eat today?
Hey everybody!
I was just wondering what everyone is eating. My weight loss is at a standstill! I hate that! I feel like im going to be fat forever! I am a lot better than I used to be, ive lost 120 pounds so far but im about 60-65 pounds away from my goal of 155 - 160. What kinds of excersise is everybody doing? Joyce you are blasting me out of the water girl!! You have done sooo well!! What is your secret?? I need some good advice!

what im eating;
brfst - 1 cheese stick few sips of flat caffiene free diet mt dew
snack - 1 pak of nabs and the rest of my flat diet mt dew
lunch - tv dinner -- michelinea's chicken marsala and mashed potatoes
snack - fat free yogurt pina colada flavor
supper - taco bell gordita kit with chicken breast strips, lettuce, tomaoto, cheese, sour cream (I know its bad but sooo good!) 3/4 of one gordita
snack- three slices of apple with low cal fruit dip
I guess im snacking too much! I have a desk job and I sit at my computer all day, so that probably has a lot to do with it. I didn't realize I was eating that much.

I had:
Breakfast - I egg scrambled with a spoon of homemade pimento cheese melted inside. YUM!
Lunch - Tuna Salad with 4 crackers or 1 sm bowl of homemade chili
Supper - Chicken, rice & cheese cassarole -maybe 1/2 cup and a spoon of carrots and english peas.
I try not to snack but last night I had a couple spoons of my Pimento Cheese. Sometimes I eat applesauce or FF SF Yogurt.
I go back to work on Monday and I will have to take my lunch and really watch my snacking.

B Protein Shake
S Organic Whole-grain cranberry oatmeal
L Grilled Chicken Salad with ranch
S probably have either a kashi bar or an apple and string cheese; just depends on what I am in the mood for around 3:00 pm.
D Garlic/Herb Fish with steamed broccoli
S Don't know

Hey Crystal, it is so good to see you on here. I hope you are doing well.
Here is what I have eaten today:
B- 2 pancakes with syrup and light whipping cream
L- 1/2 of a hamburger leftover from yesterdays lunch
S- nectarine
D- Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, pea salad and a piece of cornbread
S- peach cobbler (made with Splenda)
Are you getting any exercise? I know how hard it is when you work all day and have a family to take care of, but maybe just walking in the evenings now that it has cooled off some will help you kick start your weight loss again.

Heres what i have had
B~nature valley honey and oats granola bar theres 2 in a pack i only eat 1 , 1 cup of coffee with half and half
800-820 ran on treadmill
830-930 SPIN class
930-1015 obluque work out with my trainer
1015-1045 eliptical machine
1100- home from the gym cleaning house had a handful of girls sour cream and onion lays tater chips! GRRR
1200- 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of no sugar added pineapple chunks and 4 whole wheat ritz crackers
330-2 peanut butter crackers
630-3/4 of a grilled chicken wrap from sonic and a diet dr pepper
I havent drank very much today will work on that before bed I ususly do at least 45 more minutes on the treadmill at 3:00 but i had stuff to do today i didnt get too.

Girl,
I am just doing normal stuff I guess. I am glad the weight is coming off fast though makes me excited. I have been out dancing and everything here lately. It has been 7 and 1/2 months and I have lost 210 pounds. And that is aweseome..... I still have about 150 more that I want to lose. I ride my bike or run every afternoon. Girl call me sometime. We need to get together.
