Just a quick update on me. The 18th will be my 6 month anniversary and I have finally gotten to the 100lb mark. I thought I would never reach it, everything seemed to be going so slow. I have dropped down from a size 28/30 in pants to a 16/18! Woohooo!! I haven't been able to wear that size in over 15 years. I joined a gym a couple of weeks ago. I've noticed that I have absolutely no muscles left. It's all I can do to lift 20lbs. I definately need a lot of working out. On another note, I'm still not able to get in all my protein(which is probably why I have no muscle mass left). My calves hurt almost every night. I've checked all my blood work except b-12 and protein and everything looked fine, including my potassium. So, I guess I'll just have to live with it. I've only thrown up twice since surgery, which is great, but I definately know when I've tried to eat to much. I'm still not able to eat a whole egg. Sometimes, I wish I could just finish one meal, but I know my day will come...... Anyway, I haven't posted in a long time, so just thought I'd say hi, and to all of you who think you are losing too slowly, just know that it will happen! God bless, Jackie

You are doing great! Just start walking and go and buy yourself a couple of those hand weights, to swing around at home. You can also just use a couple of cans of beans too. That will help you on the arms and your legs will firm up a lot with the walking. I still have a lot of skin after breaking 95 lbs. (never made it to the 100 mark but I am at goal more or less.) I have been massaging my loose skin to break up the celluite. You can also have massages if you can. It helps a lot also eating a lot of fruit and taking vitamins. Doc said you need one in morning and one at night. Plus calcium and b-12. Keep up the good work!!!!!! Cheryl
