Cramps anyone?
Lately, I have been having cramps in my feet that go up to my ankles. It ONLY happens at night while I'm sleeping. If I stretch and point my toes, thats when the cramps begin. It will wake me up during my sleep and I will have to get out of bed and walk around the house to get the cramps out. This happens 2-3 times during the night. Has anyone else had these?? I have no idea whats causing them. Anyone have any ideas???

I definately get them - and it is probably potassium - Like Dawn said - eat Bananas, and I read that calcium helps too - when I am getting the leg/toes/foot cramps, I make sure to take my calcium at least at night cause I have to take so much iron during the day, and pharmacist said I had to spread out iron and calcium by 6 hours. I get a little "restless leg syndrome" too and the calcium and potassium help with this.
Are you going to meeting tonight - is it tonight?

It could be potassium but it could also be mild dehydration so up the fluids and eat some bananas and see if that helps. I still get them from time to time and it is usually when I have not gotten my liquids in like I should. I struggle with that still 3 years out. I don't guess I will ever be able to drink as much as others or as much as I should. I have to work hard to stay hydrated. Drinking too much too often no matter what it is makes me feel sick.
