hi all , sorry i have not posted in awhile. i read the board everyday. ui just wanted to share my news, i got my letter today and yes i am APPROVED!!!!!!!!!! its been awhile with my insurance going back and forth ,i am so ready to start this new journey of my life. please keep me in your prayers i have 90% of my familys ok with it but theres still a few that think if i push away from the table, drink more water etc that i could do this without surgery. i will keep yall informed more as i know more.

Congratulations, Michelle! Don't worry about the 10% of your family who is clueless about your feelings and health. My family knows me well enough to know that when I have made up my mind about anything, I go forth and conquer! The majority of my family is in the medical field, R.N.'s, Family Nurse Practioner's, etc. They knew they had no choice but to accept my decision. However, my sister-in-law still thinks I'm crazy for having had surgery. Do ya think I care and let her feelings interfere with my life??? Not at all. Focus on the positive. Focus on your health.
