Hey Guys!!! I'm here. Just been in lurk mode. I do come to the boards daily but I mainly read just don't post. I'm doing okay. Just trying to keep a positive outlook on things with my weight loss. I just can't seem to break this 300 pound barrier. I know that I really need to exercise. I saw the dietician @ CMMC on 9-22 and she told me that I was only eating protein and absoultely no carbs. Therefore, she said that I needed to add fruits, vegetables, and good carbs into my diet. Also, that I needed to increase my calories up to 600-800 a day. I find it hard to find things to eat but I'm making it. I do manage to get down one protein drink a day. But it's difficult for me to get in the 64 oz of water because I feel full so quickly and just hardly never feel hungry. Strange I know. However, I'm still kicking and haven't lost the battle nor the war. Thanks Jereni and Cindi for thinking of me.
